- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. macaroni
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 (15 oz.) cans chili
- 1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Prepare macaroni according to package directions; drain.

2Melt butter; add green pepper and onion.

3Cook until tender.

4Do not brown.

5Add chilli, corn, seasoned salt and pepper.

6Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.

7Stir in cooked macaroni; top with cheese. Cover and heat on low for 5 minutes.

8Makes 6 servings.
