- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 small green pepper
- 1 small onion
- 2 (15 oz.) cans chili
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Prepare macaroni according to package.

2Drain.

3In large skillet, melt butter.

4Add green pepper and onion.

5Cook until tender.

6Add chili and corn; simmer on low 5 minutes.

7Stir in macaroni and top with cheese.

8Cover and heat on low 5 minutes.
