  • 15 mint leaves
  • 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 1 1/2 ounces sake
  • 1 ounce bourbon
  • 1/2 ounce lychee nectar
  • 1/4 ounce fresh lime juice
  • Crushed ice
  • 1 ounce chilled club soda
  • 1 lychee

Directions

    In a pint glass, muddle 14 of the mint leaves with the Simple Syrup.

    Add the sake, bourbon, lychee nectar and lime juice.

    Stir well and strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice.

    Top with the club soda and garnish with the lychee and the remaining mint leaf.
