  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 c. onion, chopped
  • dash of pepper
  • salt to taste
  • dash of garlic salt (use garlic buttons if you like)
  • dash of celery salt
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1/4 c. sweet pepper, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine

Directions

    Brown meat, onion and sweet pepper in margarine.

    Add other ingredients.

    If making large amount, use 2 cans tomato paste. Simmer on low heat as long as possible.

    (The secret to a good sauce is to cook a long time.)

    Mix in cooked and drained spaghetti.
