Ingredients

  • 2 c. warm water
  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/8 c. oil or butter (2 Tbsp.)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 4 c. self-rising flour

Directions

    Dissolve yeast in water; add other ingredients.

    Keep refrigerated.

    Bake 20 minutes in greased muffin pans at 350°. Fill the cups 3/4 full.

    Does not need to rise, just refrigerate and use at will.
