- 2 c of cooked yellow squash
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c of crumbled cornbread (baked and cooled)
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Saute onion in margarine over low heat until tender.

2in large bowl slightly beat eggs and stir in onions.

3Add squash and mash them.

4Stir in undiluted soup.

5Add corn bread and mix well. pour into greased casserole dish.

6Bake in preheated oven set at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
