Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 Italian sausages
  • 3/4 pound sliced mushrooms
  • White sauce (Aunt Penny's or possibly your own)
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 4 to 5 green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 c. white wine
  • Toasted English muffins

Directions

    Skin sausage.

    Brown and drain off fat.

    (I use a wok to cook this in.)

    Make white sauce.

    Add in sausage, mushrooms, garlic, onion, pepper and wine.

    Cook for 15 to 20 min.

    Serve over toasted English muffins with condiments.
