- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1/2 c. corn meal
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1Mix corn, corn meal, flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Add eggs to milk.

2Mix liquid with corn mixture and pour into a greased casserole.

3Dot with butter or margarine.

4Bake at 400° for 45 to 50 minutes, uncovered.
