- 2 c. sliced potatoes
- 2 c. sliced carrots
- 2 c. sliced onions
- 1 can mushroom soup
Directions

1Brown beef and drain.

2Layer bottom of casserole dish with 1/2 of beef.

3Then layer onions, carrots and potatoes.

4Add rest of beef and top with mushroom soup.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until desired tenderness.
