  • 8 Peppadew Peppers, Drained
  • 1 cup Chickpeas Or Garbanzo Beans, Drained
  • 1 Lemon, Juiced
  • 1 head Roasted Garlic, Skin Removed
  • 1/2 cups Tahini Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 1/4 cups Grapessed Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder

Directions

    Drain the peppers and beans.

    In a food processor, combine the peppers, beans, lemon juice, garlic, tahini, garlic salt and grapeseed oil.

    Combine until all ingredients are chopped up and smooth.

    Sprinkle chili powder on top of the hummus and serve.
