  • 3 Tbsp. peanut or vegetable oil
  • 1 lb. boneless, beef round steak, cut into thin strips
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, cut in 1-inch pieces
  • 1 medium red pepper, cut up
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 c. celery, sliced
  • 3 c. hot water
  • 3 Tbsp. beef flavor
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch

    In a large skillet heat oil.

    Cook until browned. Stir in next 4 ingredients.

    Stir-fry 5 minutes.

    Add hot water, beef flavor and soy sauce.
