- 8 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. salt (level)
- 2 Tbsp. coarse ground pepper
- 2 Tbsp. fennel seed
- 1 (1/4 oz.) pkg. powdered yeast
- 1 1/4 c. Mazola oil
- 2 1/2 c. warm water
Directions

1Mix 1/4 cup warm water with yeast and let stand about 1/2 minute before mixing in the flour.

2Then add all ingredients, mix well and knead for about 10 minutes.

3Make small rolls and let rise in warm place for about 4 hours.

4Roll out small pieces of dough by hand into size of a cigarette and about 16 to 18 inches long, twist and make round circle's and brush with beaten egg. Bake in 375° oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
