- 1 (4 to 5 lb.) pork roast
- salt and pepper
- 1 c. hot water
- 1/4 c. molasses
- 1/4 c. prepared mustard
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. orange marmalade
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Directions

1Place metal rack or trivet in bottom of slow cooking pot. Sprinkle pork roast with salt and pepper.

2Put trivet in pot; pour hot water around pork roast.

3Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or until done.

4Remove meat from pot.

5Place on broiler pan or ovenproof platter.

6Combine molasses, mustard, vinegar, marmalade and ginger.

7Brush oven cooked pork.

8Brown in 400° oven for 30 minutes, brushing several times with sauce.
