- 6 to 8 chicken breast filets (deboned and skinless)
- 3/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 6 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 each: red, yellow and green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp. red wine vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Heat 3 tablespoons oil in large skillet and saute chicken over medium heat about 5 to 10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
