- 1/2 tsp. ground fennel seed
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 2 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Heat oil and wine together on medium heat. Add all other ingredients and mix well.

2Roll out in strips about the size of your thumb. Cut in 4-inch lengths. Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 400° on an ungreased baking sheet.
