- 12 red peppers
- 12 onions (or less)
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. vinegar
- 4 tbsp salt
Directions

1Grind peppers and onions, add salt and let stand for 10 min. Pour boiling water over, rinse and drain as well as possible. Pour on sugar and vinegar, let come to a boil and cook for 10 min. Seal in hot sterilzed jars.
