  • 1 dozen green apples
  • 1 dozen red peppers
  • 1 dozen onions
  • 1 1/2 lb. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 pt. vinegar
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Chop fine peppers and onions and cover with boiling water. Drain and put in kettle with brown sugar, vinegar and salt to taste.

    Boil one hour.
