  • 3 jalapeno peppers
  • 4 bell peppers
  • 5 c. sugar
  • 1 bottle liquid pectin

Directions

    Remove seeds; put through food grinder.

    Use all of the juice. Boil slowly 10 minutes.

    Remove from heat.

    Add the pectin.

    Boil hard 1 minute.

    Put in small jars.

    Makes 5 jars.
