- 6 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. bell pepper
- 1/2 c. hot red pepper
- 1 (6 oz.) bottle Certo
- food coloring (green or red)
Directions

1Remove seeds from peppers (wear rubber gloves to prepare hot peppers) and blend separately in blender, adding small amount of vinegar.

2Mix together sugar and vinegar and add peppers.

3Bring to a boil.

4Cool for 5 minutes.

5Add Certo and food coloring. Pour into jars and seal.
