Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. minced green pepper
  • 1/2 c. hot green pepper, minced
  • 7 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. white vinegar
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. liquid fruit pectin

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except pectin and boil for 6 minutes. Stir in pectin and boil 3 minutes, stirring frequently.

    Remove from heat; skim off foam with metal spoon.

    Seal in sterilized jars.
