Ingredients
- 3 large green peppers
- 6 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 3 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. red or green food coloring
- 1 bottle liquid Certo
Directions

1Cut and seed peppers.

2Place half of peppers and half of vinegar into blender.

3Blend until it liquifies.

4Repeat with other half.

5Place in heavy pot on top of stove.

6Add cayenne pepper, sugar and food coloring.

7Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

8Boil for 5 minutes.

9Set aside for 2 minutes.

10Add Certo; stir.

11Put in half-pint jars that have boiled for 15 minutes.

12Cover and place in water bath for 20 to 30 minutes. Makes about 8 half-pint jars.

13This is a great appetizer using sesame rye crackers, topped with cream cheese and Pepper Jelly on top.
