- 6 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. hot peppers, chopped fine
- 1 1/4 c. white vinegar
- 3/4 c. green bell pepper, chopped fine
- 6 oz. Certo
Directions

1In a large pot place the first 4 ingredients.

2Bring to a rolling boil.

3Cook 1 to 2 minutes on very low heat.

4Remove from heat and stir in Certo.

5Bring pot back to heat and cook for 5 minutes.

6Pour jelly into canning jars and seal.

7Red or green food coloring may be added to mixture for coloring.

8Yields about 4 (1/2-pint) jars.
