- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. pepper jelly
- 1 Tbsp. unflavored Knox gelatine
- 1/2 c. boiling milk
- 1/4 c. cold milk
Directions

1Blend the cream cheese until smooth.

2Add jelly; mix.

3Soften gelatine in cold milk, then add boiling milk to dissolve gelatine. Combine gelatine mixture to cream cheese mixture.

4Pour into a 3 1/2-cup mold.

5Chill until set.

6Unmold onto a serving plate. Garnish with a bow made of pimento to look like a Christmas wreath.

7Serve with crackers.
