- 1 large green pepper
- 1 large orange bell pepper
- 1 large yellow pepper
- 1 large red pepper
- 1 large purple bell pepper (great if you can find it)
- 1 large carrot
- 1 onion, coarsely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, finely sliced
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup sesame seeds
- salt, black and red pepper to taste
Directions

1Cut the peppers into strips.

2Peel the carrot and cut into very thin strips.

3Stir-fry in oil with the onion until the onion becomes translucent.

4Add the garlic and fry 1 minute longer.

5Add the brown sugar, sesame seeds and seasonings.

6Stir-fry for one minute longer.

7Remove from heat and serve.
