  • 6 to 8 fish fillets
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 3 green onions, chopped

Directions

    Roll fish fillets.

    Place seam side down in ungreased baking dish.

    Sprinkle salt and pepper over fish.

    Mix sour cream, cheese and paprika, then spread over fish.

    Cook, uncovered, in oven at 350° until fish flakes easily with fork, 20 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle onions over fish.
