  • 6 c. tortilla or nacho chips
  • 2 c. Monterey Jack or mild Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. Bick's hot pepper relish
  • sour cream
  • salsa sauce

Directions

    Place tortilla chips in single layer in large baking pan or cookie sheet with sides.

    Sprinkle cheese over chips and scatter small spoonfuls of relish on top.

    Bake at 400° for 7 minutes or until hot.

    Serve with sour cream and/or salsa sauce.
