- 1 (8 ounce) container light cream cheese
- 20 small sweet bell peppers
- 12 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup light cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup green onion, chopped (optional)
Directions

1Cut each bell pepper in half and remove seeds.

2Cook bacon until slightly crispy, let cool and break into small pieces.

3In small bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions.

4Place mixture into each pepper half.

5Bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes, or until brown and bubbly.
