- 12 red sweet peppers
- 12 green sweet peppers
- 9 large onions
- 2 lb. sugar
- 1 qt. vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. celery seed
- 3 Tbsp. mustard seed
Directions

1Chop or grind peppers and onions.

2Cover with boiling water. Let stand 5 minutes. Drain. Cover again and let stand 10 minutes. Drain. Cover with sugar and vinegar. Cook 15 to 20 minutes or until tender. Add seeds and pack into hot jars.
