- 12 red peppers, chopped
- 12 green peppers, chopped
- 3 large onions, chopped
- 1 1/2 pt. vinegar
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. salt
Directions

1Cover peppers and onion with boiling water and let set 10 minutes. Drain; cover with boiling water and bring to a boil.

2Let stand 10 minutes. Drain. Mix ingredients and cook 10 minutes.

3Put in jars and seal. May process in canner 5 minutes.
