- 12 medium chopped green peppers
- 12 medium chopped red peppers
- 3 large chopped onions
- 1 1/2 pt. cider vinegar
- 2 c. granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp. salt
Directions

1Mix peppers and onions together.

2Cover with boiling water and let stand for 10 minutes; drain.

3Cover again with boiling water and bring all ingredients back to a boil.

4Remove from heat and let stand 10 minutes.

5Drain.

6Mix remaining ingredients with pepper/onion mixture and cook over medium heat about 15 minutes. Ladle into pint jars and seal while hot.

7Makes 6 pints.
