- 12 red peppers
- 12 green peppers
- 12 large onions
- 2 c. white vinegar
- 2 c. white sugar
- 2 Tbsp. salt
Directions

1Chop (not grind) peppers and onions.

2Cover with boiling water and let stand for 5 minutes; drain.

3Add sugar, vinegar and salt and bring to a boil.

4Cook 5 minutes.

5Pour into sterilized jars and seal.

6Yields 7 pints.
