Ingredients
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. white pepper
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. rosemary
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 yellow pepper, diced
- 1 dry shallot, peeled and chopped
- 1 lb. scallops
- 4 small portions cooked pasta
- pinch of thyme and salt
Directions

1Mix spices and herbs, except salt, with oil in a small bowl. Set aside.

2Heat cast-iron pan over high heat. When hot, add spice mixture to pan and cook 1 minute. Stir constantly!

3Add pepper and shallot. Mix and cook 2 minutes over high heat. Add scallops.

4Mix well.

5Cook 3 minutes over high heat. Stir once and season with salt.

6Serve over hot pasta.

7Sprinkle with lemon juice.
