- 24 red bell peppers
- 12 medium onions
- 2 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 1 qt. vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. salt
- 4 c. sugar
Directions

1Mince or chop peppers and onions.

2Cover with boiling water and let stand for 15 or 20 minutes; drain.

3Add the seed, vinegar, salt and sugar.

4Boil 20 or 25 minutes.
