  • 1 c. cooked Minute rice
  • 3/4 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 small can chili peppers

Directions

    Mix rice, soup and sour cream together.

    Top mixture with peppers.

    Sprinkle cheese over top of peppers and cook at 350° for 30 minutes.
