  • 2 ounces Hillrock Solera Bourbon
  • 1 ounce Amontillado Sherry
  • 1/2 ounce Benedictine
  • 1/2 ounce Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur

Directions

    Rim rocks glass with crushed dried Ancho chilis (agave will hold best as well as adding a sweetness to the balance the capsaicin).

    Combine ingredients in shaker and give a short stir.

    Fill the glass with ice and pour the contents of the shaker over top.

    Garnish with an orange peel.
