  • 1 (16 oz.) can pineapple, drained (set juice aside)
  • 1 stick margarine or butter
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese (mild or Longhorn), cut into small squares
  • 1 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 2 heaping Tbsp. flour

Directions

    Melt margarine in small saucepan.

    Stir in flour, being sure to smash lumps.

    Stir in juice from can of pineapple.

    Bring to a boil and stir until thickened.
