  • 1 lb. lean beef (round steak)
  • 2 Tbsp. paprika
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1 1/2 c. beef broth (1 1/2 bouillon cubes)
  • 1 c. sliced green onions
  • 2 green peppers, cut into strips
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 2 large fresh tomatoes
  • 3 c. hot cooked rice
