- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 lb. beef (round or sirloin), cut in 1/8 x 2-inch strips
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- canned beef bouillon
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- cornstarch
- as many onions and peppers as you like
Directions

1Melt butter and brown steak.

2Add onions and peppers to meat and add all other ingredients except cornstarch.

3Cook on low heat 10 to 15 minutes and then thicken with cornstarch.

4Serve over rice.
