Ingredients
- 1 lb. round steak
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, peeled
- 4 green peppers, sliced
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 c. beef bouillon
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Cut steak into 2-inch pieces.

2Heat oil with salt and pepper in skillet.

3Add meat and brown.

4Remove meat and set aside.

5Add green peppers, onions, garlic and celery.

6Quick-fry.

7Add bouillon, cover and cook vegetables 10 minutes.

8Combine cornstarch, water and soy sauce.

9Slowly add and stir into vegetable mixture.

10Add meat and cook 5 minutes.

11Serve with hot cooked rice or noodles.
