- 1 lb. beef strips
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1 c. green onions
- 1 c. red or green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. water
- 2 tomato wedges
Directions

1Combine garlic, soy sauce and ginger.

2Add to beef, toss over and marinate.

3Heat oil in pan and add beef on high heat until browned.

4Simmer until tender.

5Turn up heat and add vegetables, cook

6until crisp, about 10 minutes.

7Mix cornstarch with water. Pour over mixture.

8Stir and cook until thickened.

9Add tomato wedges and heat through.

10Serve over rice.
