Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. corn oil
- 3 medium tomatoes
- 1 c. fresh mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. round steak
- 2 green bell peppers
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
Directions

1Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat; add steak. Saute until brown.

2Add tomatoes, green peppers, mushrooms and onion. Stir in soy sauce, salt, ginger, sugar and pepper.

3Cover. Simmer for 30 minutes.

4In a small bowl, blend a small amount of pan juices with flour.

5Stir into skillet.

6Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.

7Serve over rice.
