Ingredients

  • 1 lb. beef or moose strips
  • 1 to 2 green bell peppers
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. grated ginger root
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 medium tomato, cut into wedges
  • cornstarch (if needed to thicken)

Directions

    Saute meat about 20 minutes.

    Add remaining ingredients, except tomato, and simmer until tender.

    Add tomato 5 minutes before serving.

    Serve over rice.
