- 1 lb. beef or moose strips
- 1 to 2 green bell peppers
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. grated ginger root
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 medium tomato, cut into wedges
- cornstarch (if needed to thicken)
Directions

1Saute meat about 20 minutes.

2Add remaining ingredients, except tomato, and simmer until tender.

3Add tomato 5 minutes before serving.
