  • 1 lb. steak, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 2 large green peppers (bite size pieces)
  • cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 large onions (bite size pieces)
  • rice

Directions

    Brown steak pieces in hot grease.

    Add soy sauce and water. Lay vegetables on top of meat and cook with lid on until almost soft.

    Add cornstarch to thicken.

    Taste to see if more water is needed and if soy sauce is too salty.

    Serve over rice.

    Do not add salt or pepper to steak.
