- 1 lb. steak, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 large green peppers (bite size pieces)
- cornstarch
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 large onions (bite size pieces)
- rice
Directions

1Brown steak pieces in hot grease.

2Add soy sauce and water. Lay vegetables on top of meat and cook with lid on until almost soft.

3Add cornstarch to thicken.

4Taste to see if more water is needed and if soy sauce is too salty.

5Serve over rice.

6Do not add salt or pepper to steak.
