- 1 lb. steak (round or sirloin)
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 medium green peppers, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- rice or egg noodles
Directions

1Slice beef into thin strips.

2Heat oil in large frying pan. Brown meat.

3Add 2 cups water and simmer until tender, 20 to 30 minutes.

4Add onions and peppers.

5Cook 5 minutes additional.

6Mix cornstarch with 1/4 cup cold water.

7Add slowly to hot mixture to thicken.

8Add tomatoes to warm.

9Serve over cooked rice or boiled noodles.
