- 6 lb. skirt steak
- 2 large onions
- 1 c. cream sherry
- 1 Tbsp. onion powder
- 8 large bell peppers
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- black pepper
Directions

1Cut skirt steak into bite-size strips.

2Put in roasting pan. Add enough water to fill 1/2 pan.

3Place in 400° oven until brown. Remove and drain off water.

4Set aside.

5Cut up peppers, onions and saute in frying pan (crisp not soft).

6In roasting pan, surround meat with cooked peppers and onions.

7Add soy sauce, cream sherry, garlic and onion powder and pepper to taste.

8Return to oven and cook at 400°

9until meat is cooked.

10Serve over rice 20 to 30 minutes.
