Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb. round steak
- 1 1/2 c. catsup
- 3 green peppers
- onion
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 clove garlic (garlic powder can be substituted)
- 1 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Cut round steak in thin strips, 1/4-inch by length of steak 4-inches or so.

2Brown in oil and season with garlic.

3Add catsup, mixed with water.

4Simmer 1 hour, adding water when necessary, depending on your desire for gravy.

5Cut green peppers in inch squares.

6Add peppers and onion Chinese way (sliced top to bottom).

7Cook about 10 minutes longer.

8Serve over rice.
