- 2 to 2 1/2 lb. chuck steak
- 3 to 4 medium green peppers
- 3 medium onions
- cornstarch
- 1 c. rice, cooked
- soy sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown meat.

2Add water to cover meat.

3Simmer 30 minutes, covered.

4Saute peppers and onions in a little oil until soft. When meat is finished, add a few dashes of soy sauce.

5You may thicken the sauce with some cornstarch, if desired.

6Combine meat and gravy with the cooked rice.
