- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 lb. sliced beef (thin strips)
- 3 green peppers, sliced
- 2 onions, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. water
Directions

1Marinate beef in mixture of oil, cornstarch, soy sauce, salt and pepper for about an hour.

2Brown beef in wok or frypan.

3When browned, push beef to wok ledge.

4Wok onions and peppers in a small amount of oil until onions are browned.

5Mix cornstarch and water and add to vegetables.

6Return beef to wok.

7Cover and cook until desired tenderness.

8Serve over rice.
