Ingredients
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 onions
- 2 green sweet peppers
- 1 1/2 lb. beef round steak
- 1 1/2 c. beef broth
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 c. snow pea pods
- hot cooked rice
Directions

1In large skillet or wok, stir-fry the garlic in 1 tablespoon butter for 1 minute.

2Add sliced onion and sweet pepper, stir-fry for about 5 minutes.

3Remove vegetables with a slotted spoon to a bowl.

4Add remaining butter to wok and stir-fry thinly sliced round steak 2 to 3 minutes.

5Return vegetables back to wok and add the broth and soy sauce and bring to boil. Stir water and cornstarch together and add to wok.

6Cook, stirring until sauce is bubbly.

7Cook for 2 minutes more.

8Add paprika, tomato wedges and pea pods.

9Stir and cook about 30 seconds.

10Serve over rice.
