Ingredients
- 1 lb. round steak, cut in 1/8-inch slices
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 green peppers, sliced
- 1 c. beef bouillon
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, drained
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. water
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Heat oil in large skillet; add steak, onion and garlic.

2Cook until meat is brown.

3Add green peppers and bouillon; cover and simmer 10 minutes.

4Add tomatoes; cover and simmer 5 minutes.

5Mix cornstarch, water and soy sauce; stir into meat mixture and cook until thickened and clear.

6Add salt and pepper to taste.

7Serve over rice or noodles.
